Use only on sunny days
Most people think that sunscreen should only be used on sunny days. However, this thought is wrong. UV rays touch our skin not only on sunny days but also on cloudy days. You should not neglect to take precautions on cloudy days to protect yourself from the harmful rays of the sun.
Using the wrong size
Most of us apply very little sunscreen to avoid white spots on our face. However, insufficient use of sunscreen will not protect you. The recommended measure by experts is 2mg per centimeter of light-exposed area. At the same time, you should feed the cream well into your skin.
Not waiting for the cream to be absorbed
Another important mistake is to go out without waiting for the cream we put on our skin to be absorbed by the skin. Sunscreen that is not absorbed is useless. That’s why you should apply your sunscreen about 20 minutes before you go outside, not just before.
Applying only to the face
While applying sunscreen, the neck and dƩcolletƩ area is generally neglected. However, this attitude is wrong. When applying sunscreen, you need to apply it all over your body because they are all exposed to the same amount of harmful rays.
