As the weather gets warmer, our need for water increases: It’s as simple as 1+1. Alkaline water is my favourite. It is both delicious and beneficial. It provides clean blood circulation, relieves edema, supports fat burning, moisturizes the skin naturally, and allows you to drink water easily.
– If you add rock salt to these recipes, squeeze the lemon and add it to the water, you can use it as isotonic during sports.
I am writing three different water recipes below.
Red water
– 2 palm-sized watermelons, diced
– 1 sliced lemon
– 5-6 sprigs of parsley
– 5-6 leaves of fresh mint
-10 cherry stems
1.5 Keep it overnight in liter of cold water and consume with plenty of ice.
Green water
– 1 cucumber chopped with its skins
– 1 sliced lemon
– 6-7 leaves of fresh mint
– 2-3 sliced strawberries
Soak in 2 liters of water overnight and add plenty of ice and consume.
Yellow water
– 1 cup of brewed green tea
– 1 cucumber
– 1 marble lemon
– 7-8 mint leaves
– 1 teaspoon grated ginger
– 1 stick of cinnamon
Add all ingredients to 2 liters of water and refrigerate overnight. Stay alkaline.
