A truck carrying the 50-piece collection of the French clothing brand Balmain was robbed 10 days before its fashion show at Paris Fashion Week.
Balmain Fashion House Director Olivier Rousteing announced on his Instagram account that his own collection, which will be showcased at Paris Fashion Week on September 25-October 3, was stolen.
Stating that the truck carrying the collection was stopped by unknown people near the airport in Paris at night, Rousteing stated that his 50-piece collection was stolen from the truck whose driver was attacked. Rousteing stated that he would re-prepare the 50 usurped pieces and prepare them in time for Paris Fashion Week. The French press reported that the collection, which was stolen 10 days before the fashion show, was designed for the 2024 spring season.
