HAZELNUT COOKIE RECIPE:
MATERIALS
2 eggs
1 pack of margarine or butter
1 cup of powdered sugar
1 packet of baking powder
flour as it takes
For the above;
cracked hazelnuts
FABRICATION
Before starting the recipe, set aside 1 of the 2 eggs to brush the whites on the cookies. Then mix all the ingredients well except the hazelnuts.
Make small balls from the dough that comes ready. Then, shape the cookies by pressing them in your hand, dip them first in egg white and then in lightly ground hazelnuts and place them on a tray with greaseproof paper.
