SHEET PAN RECIPE:
400 grams of beef (cubed)
50 grams of lard (optional)
4 green peppers (also colored peppers)
4 tablespoons of oil
2 cloves of garlic
2 teaspoons of paprika
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of thyme
1.5 teaspoons of salt
First, peel the skins of the tomatoes and cut them into cubes.
Chop the green peppers and onions for edibles. Finely chop the garlic.
Heat the sheet pan on the stove. Add oil and chopped onions and fry them.
Then add the peppers and continue frying.
After 2 minutes, add the cubed meat and tail fat. Cook until the broth is released.
After the meat has evaporated, add the garlic and spices and fry for 3 minutes.
Then add the diced tomatoes and cook for another 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes, turn the stove to low heat and cook for another 10 minutes.
Serve the prepared sheet pan hot.
