Date balls, which you will take with you to work or want to consume during the day, are often preferred because of their easy preservation. You can cover the palm balls, which attract attention with their appearance, with hazelnut, peanut or coconut powder as you wish. Let’s take a detailed look at how these healthy date balls are made.
DATE BALLS RECIPE:
a cup of yellow chickpeas
2 teaspoons of coconut oil
1 tablespoon heaped cocoa
1 teaspoon of roasted hazelnuts
2 tablespoons of honey
2 tablespoons of maple syrup
Powdered hazelnuts or peanuts
Leave the dates you separated from the seeds to soften with hot drinking water.
For the hazelnut paste, roast the hazelnuts until they turn light brown in color and while they are hot, pull them out of the food processor and mash.
