INGREDIENTS
5 medium potatoes
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of black pepper
1 pinch of ground red pepper
2 phyllo dough
For Sauce;
2,5 tablespoons of yogurt
3 tablespoons of oil
Half teaspoon of salt
1 packet of baking soda
Half a glass of water
on;
1 tea glass of milk
HOW TO WORK
After peeling the potatoes, wash them well and grate them into a bowl.
Then squeeze out the excess water from the potatoes and add the spices and mix.
Mix the ingredients required for the sauce in a deep bowl.
Spread the dough on the counter and divide each dough into 8 pieces. Wet the top of the dough with the sauce you prepared with the help of a brush.
Spread it with potato mortar.
Roll the dough or lay it on the tray without folding it. If you wish, you can cook it in the form of a rose pastry, or if you wish, you can cook it lengthwise.
Follow the same process until your dough is finished, add milk to the remaining sauce and mix it and again with the help of a brush, apply it on top of the dough.
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven until golden brown.
