SHISH MEATBALL RECIPE:
MATERIALS
500 grams of ground beef
1 onion (withdrawn from the robot and squeezed out)
Less than half a bunch of parsley (finely chopped)
3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
1 egg
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon ground red pepper
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon paprika (reduce if you don’t like it)
Salt (add according to your taste)
Large enough skewer
FABRICATION
Take the minced meat, onion, parsley and all the remaining ingredients into the mixing bowl and knead.
After the mortar is thoroughly mixed, knead it again for at least 3-5 minutes to ensure that it is well collected and keeps its consistency well.
In this way, there will be no need for resting and it will not scatter while shaping.
Then take large pieces and form a cylinder on a flat surface without thinning it too much.
Carefully pass the skewer through it and flatten it slightly, then take it in our hands and place it on a tray with greaseproof paper without changing its shape.
Prepare all the mortar in the same way and cook it in a controlled oven at 200 degrees.
