Abant Kebab Recipe:

Materials

3 eggplants
5 tablespoons of olive oil
200 grams of beef
1 medium onion
2 medium chili peppers
1 clove of garlic
4-5 mushrooms
2 medium tomatoes
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika

Wash and dry the eggplants. Then cut the eggplants in half lengthwise.

Place the eggplants on the baking tray with the skinless side up.

Sprinkle salt on it.

Put the tray in the oven, which you have preheated to 220 degrees.

Bake for 30 minutes.
