AEGEAN SOUP RECIPE WITH BORLUCE:
MATERIALS
leaves of 1 artichoke
2 tablespoons of tomato paste
1 tablespoon of salt
1/4 cup cream
5 tablespoons of butter
1 liter of water
1.5 cups boiled black-eyed peas
INGREDIENTS FOR SAUCE:
2 spoonful butter
2 teaspoons of ground pepper
1/4 dill
FABRICATION
