Cauliflower ravioli I:
MATERIALS
1 medium cauliflower,
300 g lean ground beef,
1 onion,
1 tablespoon of tomato paste,
1 teaspoon ground pepper,
1 tomato,
1 glass of water,
2 cups of yogurt,
1 clove of garlic,
Salt,
olive oil,
Chopped parsley.
FABRICATION
Cut the cauliflower into small pieces and wash it well.
Then place on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper.
Drizzle olive oil and salt on them and mix well.
Bake in a preheated oven at 195 degrees until tender.
While the cauliflowers are softening in the oven, heat 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan.
