CUTTING SOUP RECIPE:
INGREDIENTS
For the dough;
1 egg
1 cup of water
1 tablespoon of olive oil
As much flour as it takes
Salt
For its soup;
1 medium onion
1 tea glass of brown lentils
1 tablespoon tomato paste
4 tablespoons oil
HOW TO PREPARE
First of all, start preparing the recipe by making the dough. Knead the dough in the form of pasta dough and after resting for 10 minutes, roll it out with a rolling pin, not too thin.
First cut into strips of 2 finger thickness, then put those strips on top of each other and cut again.
Let it rest for a while after sprinkling with flour so that it does not stick in between. Meanwhile, fry the finely chopped onions and tomato paste in oil in the pan.
Add the boiled green lentils on top of the roasted onions.
Add 1.5 liters of hot water and let it boil over the fire. After boiling, reduce the heat and add the noodles in low heat.
