DRY BAKLAVA RECIPE WITH tahini:
MATERIALS
15 phyllo dough
1 cup walnuts
1 cup of sunflower oil
1 cup of tahini
1 glass of sugar
Powdered sugar
FABRICATION
Mix tahini, oil and granulated sugar in a bowl.
Spread a sheet of dough on the counter, pour 2 tablespoons of this mixture on it and spread it all over with a brush.
Repeat this process three times in a row.
