The olive, which adorns our dinner tables as well as our breakfast tables, remains on the palate of everyone who tastes the salad made with the leading role. OLIVE SALAD RECIPE WITH ZAHTER:
1 bunch of fresh zahter
1/2 teaspoon salt
Green olives stuffed with 60-65 peppers
6 tablespoons of olive oil
3 tablespoons of pomegranate syrup
juice of 1 lemon
1 teaspoon sweet paprika
Extract the fresh thyme and rub it with salt, then wash it and drain it well.
Wash the pitted olives.
Chop each of the olives into rings.
Mix the washed zahter with olives.
Add the remaining ingredients to the zahter and olive mixture and mix without battering it.
Take it on the serving plate.
