How to make Harbiye Kebab



For the minced meat;

1 kilo of medium-fat ground beef
1 capsicum pepper
Half a bunch of parsley
Salt and pepper

For the bread sauce;

Pepper paste
Olive oil
Peppers, onions and tomatoes
Sumac, salt


First, put the ground beef in a bowl and add the finely chopped parsley and peppers.

Then add black pepper and salt and mix well.

Thread the meat mixture you have obtained onto the skewers up to the palm of your hand.

Bake on the barbecue or in the oven, depending on your preference. Since the most important step here is to keep the water in the ground meat, you should not cook it too much and you should not make the meat on the skewer either too thick or too thin.
