LENTIL SOUP WITH MEATBALLS RECIPE
2 cups red lentils
1 medium onion
3 tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of flour
9 glasses of water
2 teaspoons of salt
150 grams of minced meat
1 tablespoon meatball spice
3-4 sprigs of parsley
1 cup boiled chickpeas
4 garlic cloves
Wash 2 cups of lentils well.
Add the washed lentils, 8 glasses of water, 1 whole onion and salt into a deep pot. Cook over high heat until it boils. After boiling, reduce the heat and cook over low heat for another 15-20 minutes.
