MILK POTATO SOUP RECIPE;
MATERIALS
2 Tablespoons of flour
1.5 cups of hot milk
3 medium potatoes (boiled)
Optional half carrot
1.5 tablespoons of margarine or butter
enough water, salt
For the above;
1 tablespoon of margarine
1 teaspoon of chili paste or cayenne pepper
enough mint
Optionally, you can put bacon sliced āāinto small squares on it.
FABRICATION
First, cut the potatoes into cubes.
Chop half the carrot, which you will add to the menu according to your preference, into cubes.
In another pan, melt the margarine and fry the flour until it smells slightly.
Add milk to the roasted flour, stirring constantly so that there are no lumps.
After you get the smooth consistency, add your eye water in a controlled way (we put 6 glasses of water)
Then add salt and other chopped ingredients.
Stir constantly until thickened.
Turn off the stove after you get the soup consistency.
Melt the margarine in a pan, prepare the tomato paste and mint, and pour them into your soup.
