1 pack of cream

- Preparation Time: 15 minutes
- Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Melt the chocolate and butter in a bain-marie. Separate the yolk and white of the eggs.
Beat the separated egg yolks by adding half of the powdered sugar and a pinch of salt in a separate bowl. In this way, the egg smell in your dessert will be minimized.
Then beat the egg whites in a large steel bowl at low speed by adding a pinch of salt to it.
When the beaten egg whites start to bubble, add the remaining half of the powdered sugar and continue mixing by increasing the whisking speed.
Continue beating until the egg whites are fluffy.
When you lift the whisk, continue whisking until it reaches a consistency where some mixture will remain on the tip.
When the butter and dark chocolate melt, sift the flour over it. It is important that you sift the flour and pour it so that there is no lumping.
Then add milk to this mixture and mix. Keep the dark chocolate mixture in the consistency of pudding aside to cool.
Then grease the souffle cups thoroughly with butter and sprinkle the cups with granulated sugar.
Add the sugared egg yolk to the fluffed egg white by folding it slowly.
Then continue mixing, folding slowly and always in the same direction from bottom to top.
Add the dark chocolate mixture to the egg mixture and mix well by folding it again. Mix until all the ingredients are homogeneous.
Then pour the mixture evenly into the souffle cups you prepared.
Set the airfryer to 200 degrees and bake the soufflés for 10 minutes.
After the souffles are cooked, sprinkle powdered sugar on them. Finally, smash the middle of the soufflés with a spoon and pour 3-4 tablespoons of cream into it and serve.
Enjoy your meal…
