STUFFED TOMATOES WITH EGG RECIPE;
MATERIALS
4 large tomatoes
4 eggs
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 cup tomato puree
1/2 cup of hot water
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
FABRICATION
First we clean the tomatoes.
Then cut the stems of the tomatoes in the form of caps.
Remove the seeds from the middle parts and the flesh of the tomato with a spoon.
Season with salt pepper or any seasoning you like.
For the stuffing sauce; fry the olive oil in a pan. Add the tomato puree and cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes. After adding hot water to it, boil it for 2 minutes.
Fill the base of the tomatoes, which we empty the middle part, evenly with the cheddar.
Crack an egg into the tomatoes you bought on the baking tray. Sprinkle salt and pepper on it. You can add cheddar cheese on top if you wish.
