THIN BUTTON RECIPE:

MATERIALS

For the dough:

1 teaspoon of salt

1 tablespoon of sugar

1 tablespoon of dry yeast

2 cups of warm milk

1/2 cup of oil

2 tablespoons of melted butter at room temperature

About 4.5-5 glasses of flour

1 cup of tahini

1 glass of sugar

1 egg yolk

Add the milk, yeast, sugar in a bowl and mix with a hand whisk. Then, stretch the container and wait for the yeast to activate for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, remove the stretch from the container.

Put the yeast in the bowl and start kneading.

Cover the dough you have obtained and leave it to ferment for 1 hour.

Then, knead the dough a little more, remove the air and divide it into 12 equal parts.

Open all the meringues first in your hand and then with a rolling pin to a thickness of half a centimeter.

Spread the tahini and sugar mixture you prepared for the inside of the bun on all the meringues you have opened.

Wrap the dough like a roll and give it a spiral shape.

Do the same for each meringue and leave it on the tray for 15 minutes to ferment.

After sprinkling sesame and walnuts on it, put the tray in the oven that you preheated to 180 degrees.

You can take the tray out of the oven after half an hour of cooking.
