3 cups flour

To fry;

Mix 1 glass of warm water, 3 glasses of flour, 1 teaspoon of salt and 2 teaspoons of grape or apple cider vinegar in a bowl.

Knead until you get a medium soft dough. Take your dough on the floured counter and divide it into meringues.
