WEDNESDAY ROCK RECIPE;

MATERIALS

1 teaspoon of water
1 teacup of oil
1 teaspoon of yogurt
2 eggs
1 tablespoon of vinegar
1 pinch of salt
1 packet of baking powder
1 packet of vanilla

For inside;
A bowl of ground hazelnuts
half cup of sugar

Over;
Half a pack of margarine
Half a teaspoon of oil

To open;
Half kg flour
Half kg of starch

FABRICATION

Put eggs, oil, yogurt, water, vinegar, salt and vanilla in a bowl and mix well by hand.

Then add flour and baking powder. And knead until you get soft dough.

When it comes to a softer consistency than the earlobe; Divide the dough into lemon-sized balls.

Roll out the dough as thin as a gauze with the starch-flour mixture.

Sprinkle the hazelnut-sugar mixture over two handfuls of dough.

Take the shrunken dough out of the rolling pin and arrange it on the trays.
