HOW TO MAKE MESKICA OMELET;
4 tablespoons of olive oil
2 cloves of garlic
2 spring onions
Half cup of crumbled feta cheese
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Peel and dice the tomatoes.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into small and thin slices.
Put 2 tablespoons of olive oil in the pan and cook the ingredients on medium heat for 10-15 minutes.
Add the grated garlic, finely chopped spring onion, salt and pepper and cook for 1 more minute.
