FABRICATION
First, finely chop the onion. Take oil and onions in a saucepan.
Then add tomato paste, rice, chickpeas, minced meat, garlic and spices, fry them and prepare the stuffing.
In the meantime, put the dried aubergines and dried peppers in boiling water and leave them for 5 minutes. Set the softened vegetables aside.
Fill the stuffing you have prepared into the dried aubergines and dry peppers. Take care to leave 1 finger space on it.
Squeeze the mouth of the eggplant and peppers and place them upright in the pot.
Prepare the sauce by mixing tomato paste, boiling water, pomegranate syrup and salt in a bowl.
