Caesar Salad takes its name from the chef, a hotel owner who immigrated from Italy, named Caesar Cardini, who invented it himself. The story of its emergence dates back to the alcohol prohibition in the United States in the 1920s. Those who did not experience financial difficulties at that time, circumvented the alcohol ban by using the venues in Tijuana, Mexico, located on the US-Mexico border.

Alex, who developed different variations after trying the sauce, finally added anchovies to the dressing of the salad, making the salad what it is today.



1 chicken breast
Half a teaspoon of olive oil
2-3 cherry tomatoes
1 lettuce
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
juice of 1/2 lemon
2 tablespoons of powdered Parmesan cheese
