The lyrics of the song belong to Can Oflaz and Merve Deniz, the composition is Can Oflaz, and the arrangement is by Gürsel Çelik. The song, which Oflaz wrote during his university years, turned into a melancholic dance song with punk and electronic pop tones to his reproachful and longing words during the ongoing album recordings in Bodrum.
The music video for “Necklace”, which fully reflects the musical language in the album, bears the signature of Merve Deniz, whose name we find in the lyrics. In the clip, where Can Oflaz also exhibited his dance talent, a 6-person dance team accompanied him.
