Octo, with its breathtaking view where the blue of the Bosphorus and all the colors of the Historic Peninsula meet, is located on the 9th floor of JW Marriott Istanbul Bosphorus, located in Karaköy, one of the most important centers of Istanbul, with a 180-year-old historical texture. It has renewed its menu with the delicious touches of Murat Taşdemir.
Chef Murat Taşdemir, who blends the new menu prepared with seasonal fresh and local products with his unique techniques, aims to provide a special experience to Octo guests in the menu, which carries Mediterranean influences. On the menu, which draws attention with its unique presentation designs as well as its tastes, the menu includes Artichokes, Chef Style Yoghurt Capsules, Grilled Peach and Spinach Salad prepared with the fresh ingredients of the season in salads, Stuffed Fresh Zucchini Flowers and Asparagus with Olive Oil for starters, Garganelli and Pansotti for pastas, Sicilian Style Lipsos for main courses. Fish is among the favourites.
